I had no problems syncing and connecting my watch until I updated my iOS. Now Im having the same issue. The app crashes when I try to connect. Im sending a report. But at this point, I feel ripped off.

The app continues to crash every time I try to sync the watch to the app. It was difficult to get it to sync the first time, it worked for a day and then I updated to the new iOS and the app continues to fail. I even deleted the app and re installed it, turned off my phone and restarted it and it still wont work. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!

Are you going to upgrade to IOS 9 so it will work?? Or do I just need to mail it back???

Just received my running plus bracelet and cant get it to sync with app. Please fix!

I am not able to get the app to work to pair my watch to my phone. When I click on the device name the app closes and will not pair. Please fix app ASAP!

It finds the bt band but shuts down when I tap to pair the device in the list.

App does not work at all. Bought the tracker and every time I try to sync to my phone the app crashes. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling the app 3 times. Very frustrating.

Does not work!!! I bought the watch which first of all is in the metric system and theres no way to switch t to standard in the settings. But most importantly as soon as you try and sync to wrist watch through Bluetooth it kicks you right out of the app. Im returning watch and getting my money back. Without the App its useless to me.

This device will not sync with the app. When the search does return a device to sync to and I touch the device name it closes the app and returns to my home screen. I will be demanding a full refund on Monday.

This app needs to be updated so it will be compatible

Bought this over 10 days ago and have been told 2 different days of when update would be available but still no update. Thinking of returning, very disappointed!

Mail your fake Fitbit back, because this software will get you nowhere.

The app did not work properly after the updated IOS software. It has been recently fixed and is working great for me

No ability to convert to American measurements, instructions are horrid and no option for English language support

I can not get my watch to work. I cant switch to American measurements. Nor does it have battery power longevity. Dont know what to do???

Why is nobody talking about the fact that a fitness tracker app icon is some Olympic medalist holding a hamburger over the head of what appears to be an awkward sumo baby? #fail

Not easy to use this app. It is in metric and I havent seen any way to convert it to English settings.

Would be easier is you can change the military time and metric system to what we use in the states. Instruction are not clear on how to use this product.

The metric measurements make it hard to convert, although, Siri did help. The device will not stay synced to my phone.
